3. AI Accuracy & Verification Disclaimer
SplitExa uses optical character recognition and generative artificial intelligence models to extract numbers and text from receipt images. While highly accurate, automated vision models may occasionally misread digits or text. You are solely responsible for reviewing and confirming all line items, tax rates, and totals before making financial transfers.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SplitExa or its operators be liable for any financial discrepancies, payment disputes between friends, or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use this calculation utility.
